We’re excited to welcome Les Bonnes Miches to the Candia Farmers Market!
At Les Bonnes Miches, everything is baked by hand using organic ingredients. Their pastries include flaky, buttery croissants; pain au chocolat with organic Belgian chocolate; pain aux raisins with sweet cream and raisins; and chaussons aux pommes made with local spiced apples and a homemade praline.
They also offer sourdough pizza, where the naturally fermented crust really shines, topped with mozzarella, homemade tomato sauce, and seasonal veggies.
It’s all small-batch, handmade, and meant to bring a taste of France to your day.
