Coffin Cellar’s Winery

Vendor since 2026

Coffin Cellars is a small, family-run winery rooted right here in New Hampshire, where winemaking is truly a labor of love. What began as a hobby in the 1970s has grown into a multi-generational passion, with the Austin family crafting wines together for decades.

Unlike traditional wineries, Coffin Cellars specializes in fruit and berry wines—many made from locally grown ingredients or from their own fields. Their rotating selection includes unique and flavorful varieties like blackberry, cranberry-pomegranate, peach, and even jalapeño wine, offering something a little different (and fun!) for every palate.

Every bottle reflects their hands-on, small-batch approach and deep connection to family, land, and tradition. From planting thousands of berry bushes to crafting wines in their historic family property, Coffin Cellars brings a true “New Hampshire-made” experience to the market.

If you’re looking to try something new or bring home a local favorite, be sure to stop by their booth—you might just discover your next go-to wine! 🍷

We’re excited to welcome Coffin Cellars to the Candia Farmers Market!

Forest Fed Farmstead

Vendor since 2021

We are Matt and Alex, and we started Forest Fed Farmstead in 2021 to feed ourselves and our community healthy locally, locally-produced food. On our little 2-acre space, we have several garden beds to rotate our crops, a small orchard planted in 2021, and a fifty-foot-long high tunnel. We believe in working with nature and not against it at Forest Fed Farmstead, so we don’t use chemical pesticides or herbicides on our farm. We utilize plastic tarps and chickens to kill off grass and weeds in our new and existing garden plots between plantings, eliminating the need to use chemicals or rototill. To keep healthy soil, we plant cover crops in beds not currently in production.

We grow an assortment of seasonal vegetables, including, but not limited to, tomatoes, sweet peppers, hot peppers, lettuce and baby greens, various root crops, and garlic. In late spring/early summer, we also have strawberries available.

We raise chickens for eggs that are rotated around the farm throughout the year, and they always have fresh grass and bugs to enjoy. We also adopted two pygmy goats this year with the hopes of being able to breed them for fresh milk, and we have three pigs that we are raising for ourselves and our family members. We hope to raise more pigs next year to sell. We look forward to sharing our bounty again this season at the Candia Farmers Market. We hope you’ll stick with us while we grow our little farm.
